Versa’s CEO hosts an annual corporate trip to Big Bear, CA where team members got to choose between snowboarding and skiing lessons, received a day-pass lift ticket and lunch. Trips like these offer incredible team bonding opportunities that allow new and tenure team members to get to know each other which enhances collaboration back at the office which has extraordinary value for Versa Products.
This annual trip has been going on for over 6 years now and is a part of the Company Fun Calendar that the Versa HR team puts together every year. The Versa HR department plans events like company BBQs, K1 racing, team building exercises, and other social events to cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment.
